We’ve researched a variety of topics related to personal privacy this semester. This has taken the form of readings and discussion as well as making. To compile this research, share our findings, and better inform others of issues related to privacy, we will create a class publication that will display your project outcomes, process work, and references (such as field trips, readings, class visitors) for the research phase of the semester.
The publication should both be a practical document of our research, as well as an extension of it. So, it should comment on it’s subject matter directly and indirectly – employing concepts and ideas from our research in the form of the publication. For instance, is it an online publication embedded in web services? Is it printed and uses folds and binding techniques to hide and reveal information? Is it a website that when printed reveals new information? Is there a ‘key’ to unlock pieces of the publication? Is it accessible to a specific audience only?
We’ll work as a class to determine the best format and exact contents, but it will incorporate the following:
